Note she says "we begin AGING more slowly" and "how much depends on how strong"
And that is proof only of appearances. It says nothing about lifespans or their length. Aes Sedai show no signs of aging up until their deaths, and there is no information about Aes Sedai experiencing other symptoms of extreme age or physical ailments. Vandene was old enough to go off on her own to die, and had already spent a few years away from the Tower, but right up to the end, she was healthy and vigorous. Cadsuane likewise.
