The debate has happened a number of times, some believing Sorilea and others Bair ... Personally I haven't seen any foreshadowing for Bair, but there have been a few comments that support Sorilea ... Red Herring?


The possibility ter'angreal would show current WO at least that there was no hope for their futures if they pursued the Shadow. At most you would get a fake darkfriend like Verin who the visions told must participate in the Shadow in order to accomplish a Light goal.
