I assume you are referring to the Stone? Well in that case you would also have to say Juilin was as important, because without Juilin, Mat would have been toast. They pretty much shared the honors of that rescue.

She did help carry Mat back to the WT in tDR, too, to heal his connection with the SL dagger.
But I think the Bowl of the Winds isn't very important at all in the grand scheme of things, and Alivia probably would have served as well as Nynaeve in cleansing saidin. She was really just a reservoir/conduit.
Oops, I thought I said I wasn't going to downplay Nynaeve.
Not that Mat has done much more, but he's been Networking, if you will
