Sure, Rand repeatedly heard a voice proclaim "I have won again Lews Therin," but even he recognized that it was a lie. We know that the shadow cannot have won in any of those other worlds because it is still fighting for a victory in the "real" world.
Which character (besides Rand) has hurt the shadow the most? (my analysis and your opinion)
