How can Cyndane be very, very weak in the Power?

And is he sure or not sure about the Semirahge vs Nynaeve strength comparison? Why does he say "he is pretty sure Nynaeve is stronger?" Either she is or she isn't.

Also, who are the six women stronger than Nynaeve then, if Semirhage isn't one of them?

I wonder if he knows what he's talking about. I think BS needs to have a good look at that strength list of RJ's before guessing about these things.
