The strongest female channeler out there is most likely the damane Sera, because she is the strongest of Tuon's best damane. It makes sense that Tuon brought at least one really powerful damane, who is stronger than Alivia (who is just a common battle damane after all).

It is certainly possible that this woman is as strong as Lanfear, but I doubt Alivia is weaker.

It seems pretty clear that Alivia is as strong as can be.


It's ever stated that Alivia is the strongest damane the Seanchan have. On the contrary, that seems quite unlikely. Apparently only the Westlanders regard her as special, because of her strength. Considering that Alivia obviously had no special status among the Seanchan, but was just a common battle damane, it only makes sense that the Daughter of the Moons' strongest, best & proudest damane, is certainly stronger than Alivia (though maybe Sera is not as strong as Lanfear was).
