Well, I say we know Nynaeve is stronger than Semirhage. And we know that Nynaeve is stronger than Mesaana. With Nynaeve and Semirhage being so close, we also know that Semirhage is stronger than Mesaana (though it may only be by a small amount).

We still know that Cyndane is stronger than Graendal and that Cyndane is not as strong as Lanfear was.

But what is probably the most revealing is that there are only 6 female channelers stronger than Nynaeve.
