I said it before and I said it again, the most we can do is place channelers on a rough scale - without a scale from RJ quantifying the various strengths, we're going off on interpretations of wording and dubious estimations from characters who don't want to make it easy for us and map all the data out for our clarity.

I mean, there are sections that just sound ridiculous: Trying to estimate Nynaeve's strength by comparing her potential to half of what ten Aes Sedai channeling with a sa'angreal could handle is enough to confound anyone, let alone trying to compare Egwene, Elayne or a Forsaken to this in an attempt to extrapolate how much Power they could use.
