I'm sorry, I really couldn't help myself.
To your points:
Conventional wisdom is frequently an oxymoron. Taimandred was wildly popular right up till Jordan explicitly refuted it (twice.)
We have no way of knowing what happened to Mo's Bond. We aren't supposed to know. She could be dead, she could be stilled, perhaps the Finns did something. We don't know. There's only one known gateway to that part (section? dimension? who knows?) of the disjointed land of the Finns, so perhaps with its destruction there was no longer a link between Mo and the outside world and the Bond had no way to maintain its hold. It could spring back good as new when she emerges, or be permanently severed. We. Do. Not. Know.
Conventional wisdom is as sure Cyndane is Lanfear as it was of Taimandred. Sanderson won't go on the record, has only implied it a few times when pressed. That seem a little fishy to you? If she is Lanfear, then Lanfear obviously died and was resurrected. Before Nynaeve learned to Heal severing, IIRC, so I don't think that's why she can channel again. We don't even know that a severed or burned out person remains that way if transmigrated.
We know Cyndane is a former prisoner of the Finns because she refers to it in her PoV while fighting Alivia at the Cleansing. We know Mo is alive because Aes Sedai can't write a lie any more than speak one. We know Mat, Thom and another are coming for her. That's about all we know right now. Not to say you're wrong, but I'm not committing to anything yet.

I think that since Moiraine was in another dimension, the Bond passed to the closest holder.
