It's going off the fact that Cyndane is weaker than Lanfear was.
And we know about male and female Healing.


Neither of which prove that Lanfear was killed after being stilled/burned out and required healing upon transmigration. I would not expect someone who was stilled to be lacking the ability after the pattern spun them out again. For this same reason it would surprise me that healing would be required following transmigration.
