no more than the assumptions of the actions take on the other side of the door!

there is no indication that the bond directly connects things ina way that could be severed by a door shutting. It's not like there's a 'string' of saidar connecting the two at all times. The actual way that the bond works simply isn't understood at that level. So, it actually is a big assumption that the bond could be severed by the melting doorway.
It all comes back to the three ways that we know actually sever the bond - stilling/burning out, death, and voluntary release. We know Moiraine is alive, Lan's actions/condition and the speed of the events make voluntary release highly unlikely. That leaves stiling/burning out as the most reasonable explanation.

You are trying to position your theory as the most simple solution, yet there are a whole lot of assumptions being made! You seem to think that Lanfear and/or Moiraine were stilled/burned out, then Lanfear was killed, transmigrated, then found a BA who not only knew Nynaeve's weaves, but could improve on them! I think that's very convoluted to be honest.
It's easily as likely (IMO more so) that neither Moiraine nor Lanfear was burned out in the doorway and that Cyndane is weaker because the DO made it so as part of her punishment. If the DO can transmigrate a soul it seems very likely to me that he can affect that souls ability to access the OP.
I disagree that stilling/burning out are the only reasonable options for the Warder bond to have moved to Myrelle.

I think that since Moiraine was in another dimension, the Bond passed to the closest holder.
