for someone who is always preaching about effectiveness he has a remarkably loose idea of what the word means. Let's face it, there are literally dozens of ways a lone male channeler could have killed these women! We've seen how incredibly poor the AS fighting abilities are, the "Battle Ajah" didn't really live up to the name in TGS. After learning one Sister died from a wall being collapsed on her I'm pretty sure a 12 year old with a stick might be able to take some of these women
