Siuan and Leane had only been oathbound for ~20 years when they were stilled. Which means they aged 4 years (20/5) during that time. If the 2X rate reverted to 1X after they were stilled, then they would have only aged 2 years during that time, instead of 4. So, we're only talking about a visible age different of 2 years - two small, I think, to know whether the 2X affect was reversed or not.

Siuan was about 22 when she took the Oaths and now appears to be "little more than a girl" ... It's feasible that she looks about 24 now rather than being mid-40s. Leane was only a few years older and now seems to look about the same age as Siuan does.

If those 3 AS have been AS significantly longer than 20 years, their visibile appearance now would give us a better idea on this issue than Siuan and Leane.

Agreed, but odds are we'll not see them again ... there doesn't seem to be much going on in Cairhien nowadays. ToM seems likely to take place in Caemlyn, Ghealdan (or wherever Perrin may end up) and the Tower of Ghenji

Agreed, otherwise they wouldn't have designed the Binder so that the oaths could be removed. Why design it so the oaths could be removed, if the lifespan affect couldn't also be reversed?

Seems like the only reason they would make it reversible to me is to have short term sentencing as well as life sentences. Semirhage's activities were such that she was certain to have a life sentence thus her comment about shortened life.
