I mean, yes, this is this the largest nation in the Westlands, but with so many lands under his belt, what use does Rand have for Andor?
The people don't particularly respect or like him, for all that he was raised in Andoran soil.
Its rulers will be compelled to fight his close friend and ally Perrin for the "crime" of raising a banner in the Two Rivers and fighting Trollocs.
Andor is going to send its armies to the Last Battle, but any ruler could have done that. Why Elayne?
Wouldn't it have been easier for her to stay with him, provide him her direct support? Why waste so many books over her struggle for the throne?
Its not like Elayne is going to be all that much better than Dyelin, say. She herself admits that! And with Dyelin as queen, not even House Tremaene would have an issue, and a completely united Andor would have followed Rand.
Even if Arymilla won and Andor went to the dogs... so what? What is one country, even if it is the largest?
Andor's unification has made no difference to the story either, by your logic. Why pick on the White Tower?

So what was the point of the White Tower struggle?
