You know, that place which has had towns/cities for well over 1,000 years? Where streets are not as wide as 4 cars and towns are not laid out in straight, perfect lines (well, apart from Milton Keynes)? Where almost every single town, city and village existed long before there were cars?

Yeah?

Well, in Britain there is indeed very little space for parking near where most people work. In Britain there are places where buses come less frequently than every hour - or, you know, not at all. And as for roads that make cycling dangerous? Good lord, come over here and see for yourself.


I'm sure there are many smaller towns in the USA that don't have public transportation.
