I would say 100 percent of men cannot be mentally monogamous, in that they are biologically programmed to assess the sexual attractiveness of every single woman they see.

Does this mean 0% of men are able to be "mentally monogamous", or that the figure is not 100% but something less? That's an error margin of 99.999999999 percentage points...

The latter interpretation here is so trivial that she wouldn't bother saying it, so it has to be the former - which is rather wrong if you ask me. There's gay people, for starters, and asexual people. And then there's those where repression or traumas just inhibit any normal sexual life.
Also, the 100% claim is answering a different question to that asked, so it's doubly useless. It's not news that we check out hot girls who walk past. It's idiotic to equate that with actually cheating.
