And I wonder where the dividing line would be, where the balance would tip for most of the people who oppose this idea, between too close and okay.





this appears to be two blocks from the perimeter of the original superblock. Odd that this map refers to the entire complex as Ground Zero. That originally applied to the site of the Twin Towers. Which makes more sense.
