Roland00 is very intelligent. So is Maureen Dowd. I like to think that I am not totally dense. This, "Obama's problem is that he is the smartest man in the room" defense is getting more than tiresome. He's not Oppenheimer for god's sake. And if he's that damned smart then he knows enough not to shade his comments so they are subject to "misinterpretation" like Roland explained so eloquently above.
