I was just giving an example of when I wouldn't EXPECT to have visual privacy. I may be legally endowed it, but I wouldn't expect people to not be able/allowed to see me.

I'm pretty sure if he'd just seen them and complained, he wouldn't have been given peeping tom charges. Probably just told to shove off.
