Right, I've said that. With the medal, I think it depends on whether she knew or not. Doesn't matter if anyone else knew, if she didn't know about this she should be allowed to keep her medal. As for the record, that I think should be abolished. Being able to keep the medal is enough.

Treat it like too strong winds in sprints or long jump, no record but the result is still valid for that competition.
