I'm doing what I consider a "lifestyle change." Basically, I'm eating less crap (less processed food, no nationally franchised fast food, etc), and eating more of the good stuff (fruit, egg whites, grilled chicken, etc). Also, I'm trying to do more intense workouts, attempting at least 2 hours a week on the stationary bike, as well as lifting weights (though I can't get to the gym every day due to my class schedule, I'm trying).
My system isn't perfect, and I'm constantly refining it, but that's the basic gist of it.
