Inspired by my ever widdening waist I've decided to do a 30 day health and fitness challenge starting tomorow and ending December 16th.
The challenge is as follows:
No Alcohol.
Low Carbs.
Workout every day with the goal that by December 16th I'll be able to do a set of 100 pushups. 100 Situps. 100 squats. Run 5 miles in 45 minutes. Do a set of 20 curls with a 50 pound dumbell.
For fun I'm going to post my results here and invite the rest of you to take part in this challenge.
My starting weight is about 195 pounds and I can manage a set of 50 pushups.
Lets play bitches!

If your goal is weight loss more than anything else, just do the cardio.
