Specifically, the reference to the "armistice" that "ended" the Korean "War".
1) There is not and has never been an armistice: There is a cease fire, which implicitly means,
2) the war has never "ended", rather, the two sides are no longer exchanging fire. Except when North Korea decides to attack South Korea, of course, when any response is irresponsible and inflammatory. If complaining about soldiers firing on civilians without provocation is "inflammatory", what is deliberately murdering civilians in other countries?
3) The US Senate never passed a declaration of war against North Korea, so, technically, with regard to the US, the still continuing dispute is not a war, it's a UN police action.
