Hehehe, not surprised about India's vote chandra Send a noteboard - 24/11/2010 07:03:12 PM
Other than that, I'm pleasantly surprised India voted no, not so much surprised that the Muslim countries voted in favour, abstained or were absent (would've been interesting to see what e.g. Albania would've voted). Not surprised at all about Singapore - it's hardly news that Singapore is rather conservative in some matters.

The public is not bothered about these things. It's a non-issue in a sense. So, its a simple decision to take.
I am surprised about Sri Lanka and Myanmar though, their Buddhist Dharma should make them vote against that amendment.

Having said all that, do these resolutions have any effect at all? Do they help the affected parties? If not, what's the point in debating which country voted which way?
Isn't everyone in WoT re-born?
