An article was posted here calling it blood libel before Palin made her comments and no one seemed to take any notice of the term. You commented on the post and made no objection to the term. So no it is simply more PDS.

And found it tasteless at the time as well, but, well, there was rather a lot to comment on in that article, and I chose to go more for the general reflection in my reply, instead of focusing on the article itself.

Obviously it's as bad when this guy says it as when Palin says it, but considering their respective degrees of notability, it isn't exactly a shock that that guy saying it doesn't get much attention, whereas Palin does.
