Considering it sounds like this guy would normally be the first to accuse Islam as a religion following a terrorist attack it's a valid point. Of course, as Helene noted, this guy is no more representative of Christianity than bin Laden was of Islam, and if we're going to focus on the religious angle that's probably the way to do it. Maybe with a healthy dose of "another reason to sequester religion and politics".
