The quote says that a child who has been conceived in Huntsman's world doesn't need to be worried about being aborted over taxed or denied his right to own a gun. Those are not considered extreme views in the US, in fact the opposite is closer to the truth. Sorry Legolas but I think there is a cultural gulf you having trouble with here.
