The link you provided doesn't support your argument and shows that Perry doesn't want to get rid of Social Security. If you don't want to debate your unsupportable claims then stop making them. If you continue to make them I will continue to point out that you are full of shit.
That is itself disturbing in a registered voter. Perrys words mean he either wants to abolish Social Security or keep an "unconstitutional" law. If there were any uncertainty which is the case, the rest of his stated positions eliminate it: Privatizing Social Security is abolition, not preservation (and, incidentally, no more constitutional than the public system.)
