Of course, most people do that by electronic check anyway. They were talking, though, about people using checks in stores.

We didn't see checks infrequently, especially for larger purchases. So, um. Whatever. Yes, the credit/debit option is the most used, but that doesn't mean that checks are completely gone. And I'd imagine that for any person who isn't used to ever seeing checks, even one might cause a comment.
