but I do agree that tuition is getting a bit out of control. And the entire concept of in-state/out-of-state tuition is starting to PISS ME THE HELL OFF, particularly for grad school/professional school. It's one thing in undergrad, where your tution difference/year might only be something like 10k...but in veterinary school the difference is 25,000 dollars. That's obscene. You can't tell me that in-state students' parents have contributed the worth of 100k+dollars in state taxes that also went on to the university. that's bullshit. Or that those who took a year off to get their residency are contributing that much.

Oh and my state doesn't even HAVE a veterinary school...so much for THAT.


out of state tuition is a bitch. my parents didnt allow any of us to go out of state if they were gonna pay for it. Thankfully there are great schools for EVERYTHING in Texas. yeah vet school out of state has got to hurt.
