Everyone should do that but it sounds like it's especially important for you!


If not, it's super easy to separate eggs just using the shell. I have one, and it's one of those tools I never actually bother to dig out of the drawer.


I don't think I actually believe you. But that's because I'm terrible at cracking eggs. I typically end up with the entire middle of the egg spiderwebbed with cracks when I finally pry it open, and it's not uncommon for me to have to dig a shell fragment or two from the bowl. I once cracked an egg and the yolk fell not in the bowl but on my bare foot down on the floor. It was wet, and it was cold.
