He said from his experience... meaning, this is what he's found and implies this is his feelings.

It seems to me that people are just looking to attack him for the sake of attacking him. You all must take yourselves very seriously. He was quite openly inviting conversation for people to agree, disagree and add there own thoughts and feelings. The fact that that is taken as immaturity is astounding. And from the people its coming from is incredible.
