Couple that with the strong likelihood that the typical fantasy book based internet message board frequenter, and said frequenter's lover(s), are not exactly specimins of physical beauty and the mental images are ten fold more nauseating.

Just fyi, the numerous people of this site that I've met IRL (and the two that I've dated, I might add) were not lacking in physical beauty in any way that I could see.
