I agree some would still try to get abortions, just like some assault, some rape, some molest, some engage in insider trading, etc. even though those things are illegal. Some still do them, even at great risk to themselves. That is not grounds for making them legal. Making them legal would greatly increase their rate of occurrance. Legalizing abortion has the effect of increasing the number of abortions by orders of magnitude. If it is wrong to kill an unborn human, then it is absurd to legalize it just because some will break the law and do it anyway even at great risk to themselves.
A little learning is a dangerous thing.
