Ok. And we're upset for what reason? Did the quality of the work go down? Sure. Would it have gotten better? With time, yes. Call me crazy, but I wouldn't mind professional athletes being paid way less (enter my personal bias).
But I'm asked all the time to do more work for no more money. What are my options? Do it or find another place to work. How is this a bad thing?
