Most urban (i.e. high population) US areas are in the North or West; outnumbering the South >2:1 is much of why the North won the Civil War. Also, the US is hardly the only place that speaks English, so we would need to survey Canada, the UK, Oceania and much of Africa to establish what dialect is "largest." I have known many Canadians, but do not recall ever hearing any of them say, "ya'll" (or "y'all.")
