I expect to see a move back toward restrictive bond practices, mandatory minimum sentences, and enforcement of draconian drug laws. I'm also concerned about the effect the new administration will have on police brutality. The DOJ has been a check on overzealous prosecution in my state, and I expect that to change.

Mostly, I'm concerned about the Supreme Court, but I suppose we'll fall into that abyss when we get to it.
