Yep. Clearly shows you direct all your comments to a few leaders and not the people in general.
As does the lovely statement that the post-WW2 democratic governments in Germany and Japan owe their success to the kindness and generosity we displayed in teaching them how to do it. Probably still have shoguns in japan if it wasn't for us, huh?
