My most recent therapist is 77 and runs marathons. Besides, running is a relative concept. I'm not built for speed.

Supposedly, you burn about as much walking at 4 mph (15 minute mile pace) as you would going the same distance at 7 mph :30 pace). Do what you enjoy, I say (and I enjoy mid-tempo pace)
