There's always someone smarter and more knowledgeable, and there are always issues that you haven't considered. While you rant about the stupidity of those beneath you, the people above you roll their eyes in disgust. Fact is, we can't all be the world's top expert on everything. I bring my car into your shop, and you show me where the dipstick is. You bring your computer into my place, and I take the soda can out of your cd drive.
If only the most politically knowledgeable person in the world could vote, then I wouldn't be participating, and neither would you. Keep in mind that, while you're not as bad as "those people" that you point fingers at, you're still among the ignorant (relative to the elite). The opinion that's clearly correct to you might be the worst possible thing for the nation, due to information you just haven't come across.
Anyway. All I'm saying is that morons are making decisions without having all the information, and you, in spite of having more information than them, are still doing the very same thing. Remember that the next time you yell at the tv.
