Seems to be very prevalent in those who get most of their news from the Daily Show or Rush. They know a lot of facts about politics but they don't realy have many opinions about that were not given to them.
It's a very real reason not to get information from sources that don't even maintain the pretense of being unbiased.
More like the Washington Times.
Just for the record, about the only time I read anything from the NYT is when someone posts an article here. They don't give the things away, and I believe it's one of the papers that requires you to sign up to read their articles online. Actually, I take it back; I used to do the crossword regularly, but it's been years since I've had the time and presence of mind to grab one.
