The reason the democratic party keeps failing is their leadership is to the far left of their base and they are out of touch with the majority of the country. Maybe if they stopped thinking of the majority of the country as Jesus land or those annoying flyover states where they cling to god and guns they might be able to make better connections.
WTF any of that had to do with healthcare I'm not sure. The majority of the country isn't a "Jesus land" where people cling to God and guns, and no one but folks like Palin and Bush 43 think it is. Presumably Todd Palin will no longer support Alaskas secession if his patriotic wife is elected President...?
