When you go to a restaurant, do typically tip?
Yes, as long as the service is good.
Do you tip a set amount or do you vary based on service quality?
roughly 10% for good service, less for less good service.
Why do you tip or choose not to?
To reward good service.
Pizza delivery, tip the driver?
Not usually.
Why or why not?
Take out food is different to eating out - I'd tip him if he came in and served it out to me though.
Other ideas in the area?
The US and UK are different - tips aren't used to make up wages here.

I don't tip. It's a cultural thing, it's not common to tip here. *NM*
