A lot of drivers don't religiously do it. If you catch the right driver at the right time you could easily make off with a couple hundred dollars. (Not that the restaurant would care, they would say that they were violating regulation by not dropping the money and whatever was taken outside of the order and $15 in change they should have on them is going to come out of the driver's pocket)
