I had wanted to incorporate this into my diet, as it is pretty fantastic (what's not to love about an extremely high protein grain?) but I couldn't get past the taste.
With the word "this" I thought you meant spelt. I gotcha now. I like quinoa made in its natural seed state (I cook it like rice), but not the flours.
