Old news but developers of Skyrim say that they're making they're designing the game for consoles. This is a bummer for me after just building my PC but at least I know I can run it and my PC won't overheat.

My issue is mostly with equipment and enemy types scaling, not so much actual level.

NV didn't have scaling. Try walking down the road with Cazadores once you leave Goodsprings.
