I've been playing boardgames and suchlike a lot more over the last couple of years, and have seen a few episodes of the excellent Geek and Sundry show <a href="http://tabletop.geekandsundry.com/">TableTop</a> that helps to introduce new games, but would love to have more recommendations from you lovely people.

Some of my favourites at the moment:
Ticket To Ride
Bananagrams
Munchkin (Cthulhu, though I have ninja and maybe something else too)
Had a drunken game of Tiddlywinks a bit ago too which was actually surprisingly entertaining.

What are yours? Any ideas for games to get for a 5 year old very welcome too. I owe my niece a Christmas present.
