If you look at the math you might be surprised random thoughts Send a noteboard - 19/05/2017 02:48:28 AM

I forgot how to do the math twenty years ago but spreading out the deceleration over say a foot instead of millimeters the peak being absorbed art any given moment is dramatically different. Now if they fell a thousand feet then no difference but a hundred feet? Maybe.

The complete disregard of mass is a bigger issue for me. I don't care how strong the Hulk is if a tank weighs 100 times as much as he dots he just punch it and send it flying, he was just go flying in the other direction. The other is the none indestructible heroes getting thrown through a wall and getting up to fight again. Walls are stronger than your ribs.

Presumably Superman moves downward when catching Lois to prevent fatal deceleration. - 18/05/2017 06:16:36 PM 149 Views
Even just bending the knees and letting the arms drop a little would make a huge difference *NM* - 18/05/2017 07:03:09 PM 125 Views

I hate it when massive plot holes are excused because it is science fiction - 19/05/2017 03:11:21 AM 145 Views
