I'll believe it when I see it. I used to believe there had to be a quite different man behind the public persona who wasn't nearly as short-sighted and egocentric as he seemed, but can't say I believe that anymore - ok, no doubt some of the show is intentionally over the top, but as far as I can tell he really is basically like that.
