In regards to sexual abuse/rape....

Have you ever considered that by putting so much weight and value on establishing that trigger warning, that you are putting an equal weight and value on that event?

What I'm saying is that in all of my experience (details I'm not going to go into), a very big aspect of healing is not having that event define their entire life. Now those trigger warnings are putting so much value and weight into that event....

You are actually helping to ensure that the event defines their life....
